Heard about this place through a friend. I read the reviews about this place and Nick and thought this place was the place I needed to go to to get an amazing PC and I have never stopped playing since. The computer is amazing and was made by Nick with his genius computer brain. Not only was he extremely smart and efficient but he was also very kind and gave me the best customer experience I've ever received. The computer I asked for was 200% above my expectations, and it was at a very fair price compared to other stores or custom builds. Nick made the whole process extremely easy and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. his work is OUT OF THIS WORLD and will actually give you exactly what you're looking for and more at the drop of a hat. I loved doing business here and will continue to go here for things like repairs. Would recommend to ANY and EVERYone looking for a PC or tech service. I can’t express how happy I am that my kids’ Nintendo Switch was repaired here at Glitch Gaming. I honestly wasn’t sure what could be done because it was in such bad shape. Raymundo went above and beyond to help us. While we were waiting, he even suggested stopping by Hive for a tea. His attentiveness, honesty, and kindness were so refreshing. For a moment, I even wondered if he was the owner because of how much he genuinely cared about making sure everything was taken care of. The screen was completely cracked and broken, and since it was an Animal Crossing Nintendo Switch, I was worried it wouldn’t be repairable. Thankfully, they were able to replace the screen, and now it turns on and works perfectly. Also, a huge shoutout to the turmeric ginger chai—it was amazing! We’re very happy with the repair and the overall experience. Thanks again! ☺️

I would like to take the time to make this review because it is absolutely worth it. My wife found Glitch Gaming over a year ago and when I began my PC journey we decided to give Glitch Gaming a shot. We stopped by on a Sunday and the young gentleman there was super informative, insanely helpful, and had a wonderful enthusiastic energy about him. He let us know to stop by on a weekday and ask for Nick. When we went back on a week day, all I had to do was let Nick know what I wanted and he gave me realistic expectations on everything. I let him know the timeframe that I was expecting and he did not disappoint. I was out of town at the time and no matter what time I sent Nick a message he always answered and kept me informed and made me feel secure in knowing that good quality service was being done. The initial build was going to be with Intel but I let him know that I would like AMD and he changed the parts in the middle of them being ordered to help me out which I very much appreciated, and he was still able to get the PC built in such a short period of time. Once the PC was built Nick gained concern due to the case being small and had potential for overheating. He replaced the case for me totally free of charge and it turned out to be better than the original. Absolutely amazing work, you can tell he puts heart in every PC that he builds. Nick swapped all the parts from the old case into the new one and stayed late to get it done same day for me. He even stayed with me that same night, hours after closing at his shop, to show me a couple things on how to use the PC due to it being my first PC. Nick and his employees have gone ABOVE and BEYOND for me and I'm sure for every customer that has walked into his shop. I cannot recommend glitch gaming enough. I had no knowledge on anything computers and Nick did everything for me and made the whole experience a seamless and easy process. The PC performs very well and even better than what I was expecting. I will be returning to Glitch Gaming for any and all work that needs to be on my PC, and they have gained a customer FOR LIFE. Also check out THE HIVE JAVA LOUNGE next door. It is also owned by Nick and everything they have in there is amazing. I would personally recommend the mango smoothie if you want something fruity. Thank you to Nick for everything.
